The blades on these knives are curved end-to-end and along the cutting edge, measuring 1/4" (6 mm) thick and 1-1/2" (40 mm) wide. The cutting edge is 9-1/2" (240 mm) long.

The comfortable, stained European Beech handles, 3-1/2" in length and 1-1/2" in diameter, are in line with the cutting edge, without any splay. The overall length of the tool is 17-1/2". Each drawknife comes with a leather edge protector.
